Due to cancellation, I am already looking for a female tenant (April 26). The house is ideally located, 5 minutes from Rotterdam Central Station and the Albert Heijn and Dirk are a rollover away. It is an apartment that you share with another (working) lady. I'm looking for a calm, responsible person. Families and young children live nearby, and is therefore not suitable for a partying student. The house consists of 2 floors. On the first floor are the kitchen, a living room and the bathroom. On the second floor are the bedrooms and a laundry room. The bedroom is fairly small, and has a sloping roof. But because there is also a living room and kitchen in the house, there is more than enough living space. It is important that the building and its belongings are handled responsibly! The rent is 750 including everything (gas/water/electricity/internet and a washer/dryer!). Please only respond if you are seriously interested. I'd love to hear a bit more about who you are, and who knows, maybe I'll invite you to come and see the house.
